    The lobby is so tiny you'd think they were hoarding furniture! Ridiculous, waited forever! Expected a luxurious experience but got treated like chopped liver-no spa treatment for me either, even though they must've known this would be a popular season. I almost thought about posting a great review, but alas, just couldn't manage it.

    An enjoyable experience to work out. The staff was attentive and were really good, particularly during our dinner at the Kabab restaurant where the manager surprised us with an exquisite tasting menu. The closed swimming pool was slightly disappointing.

    We stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel was exceptional and great, had amazing location in the middle of jackson. Location: the property was close to the cafe, spa, lobby, restaurant and the bakery. Plus, it was 15 minutes by car to Buddha Museum. Got the same nicely decorated triple room with great view booked online, really enjoyed that.

    Well, no pool.

    The hotel was great for our family getaway, especially with 20 of us in tow. The spacious rooms allowed everyone to feel comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, and the kids had a blast splashing around in the pool. We felt welcomed throughout our stay.

    My wife says that the check-in process needs improvement.

    The room was really spacious and had a cozy vibe that made it a relaxing retreat. the soft bed felt like a cloud, perfect for winding down after a busy day. Plus, the great WiFi kept me connected effortlessly.

    No bacon at breakfast was a bit disappointing, but I know it’s hit or miss.

    The room had a magnificent view of the lake. The staff were genuinely helpful and accommodating, always eager to.
